Biodynamic Massage

Biodynamic Massage is a set of different massages designed to meet each person's individual needs.

It can help relieve the stresses and strains of everyday life, ease aches and pains, reawaken a bodily sense of joy and aliveness, and assist in exploring the mind-body connection.

Some clients enjoy one-off treatments, while others may wish to complete a course of several sessions to benefit from the cumulative effect, or value ongoing support.

I aim to create for my clients a warm, safe and accepting space that allows them to reconnect with themselves and so to support their innate capacity for healing and self-regulation.

I hold a certificate in Biodynamic Massage from the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP) and am a member of the Association of Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT).

For sessions on Monday evenings at the Bonnington Centre (not last Monday of the month) please get in touch.
